How to Sign Up

You must complete all of the steps below by Tue 9/17 11:59 PM in order to register for the campout.

Meals

Pack-wide meals will be planned for Saturday breakfast, Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner, and Sunday breakfast.  Meal planning, purchasing of food, cooking, and clean up will be performed by den.  Meal assignments will be determined after registration closes and we know how many attendees we have per den.  A food shopping budget will be set for each pack-wide meal and food purchases will be reimbursed.  Families attending Friday evening are responsible for their own dinner (either eat before arriving or bring a ready-to-eat meal to camp).

What to Bring

Please see the packing list to understand what personal gear each attendee should bring.

An equipment signup list will be sent out soon.  Please indicate which equipment you can help to bring.  We cannot make this campout happen unless everyone pitches in to bring the necessary equipment.

Pets are not allowed at Pack campouts.  Please leave your pets at home.

Parking

Our group campsite has an adjacent parking lot that will accommodate 15 vehicles.  Additional vehicles will need to park in an overflow lot, approximately 1/2 mile away.  Once we know how many families are attending, we will coordinate on how best to park all of our vehicles.

Refunds

Once registration closes, there are no refunds.  Please contact the Cubmaster to request a refund prior to the close of registration.
